- Contact us to receive a breakdown form and authorization letter template
- Submit the relevant documents to intake@garradesigns.com
- If requesting a permiT, send us 2 blank checks made out to the relevant city
- Expect a (5) business day turn around time for initial drafts

Reach out to us today for more information on our permitting process! Expect to receive a few files which include a pricing schedule, project breakdown forms, submittal requirements, and a general agreement. We do provide these to both contractors and residents alike. These documents should facilitate our understanding of your project and minimize unnecessary calls and/or communication. Please keep in mind that, although approval isn’t guaranteed, we will always strive to get your project completed and maintain our current 100% success rate!
