As a homeowner, a contractor’s license is not necessary as you can pull a permit as an owner-builder. If you’d like us to pull a permit for you this way, we’d only need a notarized letter authorizing us to work on your behalf. With that said, it is always recommended to use a licensed contractor so that you are protected from liability by their insurance, bond, and worker’s comp.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Checks are preferred as you can mail them to us directly. Cards are more convenient but will incur a 3.5% transaction fee added to your total.

We are the only permitting service that not only drafts and designs your projects, but pulls the permit for them as well. We don’t only focus on the permit but strive to ensure that your project is designed in the most functional, structurally sound, and aesthetically appealing way possible.

We prioritize communication & organization here at GARRA. You will be kept up-to-date through email communication, and occasionally through a text or call if necessary.

If you’re in need of a patio cover or enclosure contractor, let us know and we can provide recommended references from our list of registered contractors here at GARRA!

Prioritizing your time is the best way to grow your business or be on top of your projects. We’re just here to help you take one more step towards that by handling your entire permitting needs in the most professional and efficient way possible!

Expect professional and organized layouts, incredible communication, and peace of mind all for a fixed cost with no surprise fees.

City response times vary widely and restrict us in the ability to have set timeframes for permit approval. However, you should expect a (5) business day turnaround time for your initial drafts and on average a 2-4 week time frame on city/county approval.

Every city has its own fee schedule and varies widely. We’ve pulled patio cover permits for as little as $80 to as much as $2,300. Our price is independent of the city’s costs but is fixed so that there is no guesswork when it comes to knowing how much our service was.
